Louise is a Reflexologist, based in South East London, offering a mobile therapy service and is the founder of Attune Wellbeing. Louise had been interested in and receiving Reflexology for some years before deciding that she wanted to learn more and train in Reflexology herself. She qualified as a Reflexologist in 2019 with The London School of Reflexology and is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, the regulatory body for the profession.
Reflexology and holistic healing is something that has helped and supported her personally and so she loves getting to share it with others, in the hope that it can for them too. Louise is especially aligned with support relating to emotional stress and anxiety, which is where the idea developed to provide online sessions to guide people in how they can treat themselves during this challenging time when she couldn’t physically be there to treat them herself and when relaxation, nurturing and calming the mind and body is so needed.
