Sewing is good for the soul! It gives us time to switch off and be creative.  Making our own clothes also means we know the love, care & effort that has gone into creating it which means it will bring us more joy when we see it being worn & will ensure we look after it, mending it if it becomes torn & passing it onto a new home when it's been outgrown.
