Emily, founder of Om Nom Health is an expert in how to make the most delcious healthy snacks.  Your lucky recipient can choose from a range of recipes that Emily has curated and in this 45 minute workshop, Emily will then take them through how to make them, giving some brilliant nutritional advice on the way!


Your lucky recipient will be emailed their Little Surprises gift card, letting them know what you have organised for them and they can then book their class for the time that they wish.  Appointments are available during the week and on weekends.

  • Emily's journey towards a healthier and happier way of living was triggered by struggles with her own health. Eating and living well completely changed my life.

    ​She undertook three years of training at The College Of Naturopathic Medicine in London. During this time, Emily learnt so much which fuelled her passion even further. Whilst studying she also trained as a meditation teacher and brain health practitioner.

    ​Being able to offer this support alongside her nutrition meant that if, and when appropriate, she is able to offer support at all levels, creating a truly holistic approach to her client's health and wellbeing.

    Now Emily wants to share that learning with you. As someone who has struggled with health, Emily can empathise when things get tough. Just telling someone to change isn't always enough. Everyone need support, reassurance and guidance. 

    Emily's life is quite different to how it used to be. She practices self-care and doesn't feel guilty about it, she eats well but is not strict too strict with herself.  She works hard but make sure she stll has fun, meditates, and exercises when she want to and really importantly, prioritises sleep.

    Balance is the key - you have to enjoy life. 

    ​Emily is practical and realistic in her approach and is not going to ask you to overhaul your entire life, but make simple changes that can help you. Eating well is not about calorie counting or depriving yourself of things you like - that would be miserable. It’s about making food enjoyable whilst giving the body the nourishment it needs.  Even if you have a hectic lifestyle, a food intolerance or a limited budget, you can still eat well. Every time we eat we have the opportunity to improve our health.

    Emily's aim is to help make long-term improvements to your health. She loves what she does and hopes her passion will inspire others.
